Forgiveness is not about condoning harm or bypassing pain — it is a sacred, soul-centred process of release, presence, and healing. In this workshop, we explore forgiveness as a path of transformation, drawing on the emotional integration work of The Presence Process (Michael Brown) and the science-based, heart-opening approach of Forgive for Good (Dr. Fred Luskin).

This is not about rushing to reconcile or forget — it’s about learning to meet what arises in us with honesty and compassion. We explore how the stories we carry, and the emotions they trigger, can keep us locked in cycles of pain — and how forgiving can begin with creating space for breath, presence, and choice.

Through guided reflection, journaling, and gentle practice, we explore what it means to forgive others, to ask for forgiveness, and to walk the often tender path of forgiving ourselves. This is a deeply personal journey — one that invites courage, but also brings peace, emotional freedom, and a deep return to the heart.
