Our lives turn on hinges — quiet thresholds, pivotal decisions, losses, beginnings, and awakenings. This reflective writing workshop offers a soulful space to explore these moments, drawing on the tools of life writing, depth psychology, and the Intensive Journal process inspired by the work of Ira Progoff.
Through guided writing prompts, thematic reflections, and the supportive presence of community, we gently uncover the threads that have shaped our journey. This process is a profound tool for personal healing, spiritual autobiography, or the early stages of memoir writing. You do not need to be a writer — just someone willing to listen to your story and let it speak.
Writing becomes a mirror, a medicine, and a companion. In this space, your life is honoured, your voice is welcomed, and your words become a bridge between past, present, and the unfolding of what is yet to come.
