If you’re curious about working together, I’m happy to arrange a short introductory call. This gives you a chance to get a sense of me—and me of you—before committing to a first session.
Text me on 087 329 6366 and we can set up a time that suits.

Our first session is a chance for us to meet and see whether we’re a good fit. I’ll ask some background questions about your emotional and physical health, relationships, and life history to understand what’s brought you to therapy. You’ll have plenty of time to share what’s on your mind and what you’re hoping to gain.
We’ll also talk about goals—what you’d like to change or understand—and how you’ll know when progress is happening. By the end of this session, we’ll both have a clearer sense of whether this feels like the right match. If not, I will support you with a referral to someone who might be a better fit.
Therapy is a collaborative relationship—so you get to assess me too. It’s important that you feel safe, heard, and understood.
Most of my work is currently online, especially when I’m travelling or teaching abroad. I use Zoom primarily, but I’m also available via Teams or WhatsApp Video. I prefer platforms where we can ‘see’ each other—visual presence supports deeper connection.
In-person sessions can be arranged by request, depending on location and scheduling.
When working with couples, I begin by asking: What kind of relationship do you want to create together? How would it feel, look, or function differently than it does now?
I want to hear from both of you about what’s working, what’s challenging, and what shifts might help. After the initial joint session, I usually meet with each of you individually for one or two sessions to explore family-of-origin patterns, attachment histories, and personal relationship templates. This is a vital part of the process that helps us work more effectively as a team moving forward.
If you have private health insurance, you may be entitled to partial reimbursement. Please check with your provider. I am accredited with the IAHIP – Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged at the full rate.
To schedule your first session or a brief exploratory call, you can text me on 087 329 6366 or use my contact form.
I look forward to meeting you.
