I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your session, I ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting.
- Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice will incur no charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
That said, I also recognise that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If something significant prevents you from attending, please get in touch—I’m always open to a compassionate conversation and will do my best to accommodate your situation.

You can easily make changes to your appointment through the link in your confirmation email or by using the online booking system. The system will allow you to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session with no charge.
